Our thought-provoking guest speaker for our next Open Forum is Mick Spiers, a specialist in understanding self-leadership skills who joins us from Singapore.
His company The Leadership Project sets out to get people to pause, reflect and rethink what it means to be inspired in our work and private lives and the role that we can take to create purpose and meaning in ourselves and others. He’ll also invite a discussion around the expectations, communications and opportunities of the Gen Y and Gen Z generations (18-39 years) who currently form a growing number of Mentees and Mentors at Mentoring Men. Millennials are often misunderstood and this conversation will enable you to share and learn effective approaches to engage with different generations.
