Everyone travels a unique road on their mental health recovery. In this panel discussion, mentees and mentors from Mentoring Men will share their experience of self-guided change to create a fulfilling role in their relationships and communities.
We will explore how men have overcome the challenges of help seeking through peer-to-peer support and the positive impact that mentoring has had on their life journey.
