Mentoring Men are pleased to offer this world-renowned 2 day course. This is an in-person event only and is facilitated by our accredited MHFA instructor John Ogier.

The Standard Mental Health First Aid course teaches adults (18 years+, all genders welcome) how to provide initial support to other adults who are developing a mental illness or experiencing a mental health crisis.

The workshop starts promptly each day at 09.00 and finishes by 16.30. We will have time for morning and afternoon tea and a lunch break. Please arrive at the venue by 08.45 to settle in and meet your cohort colleagues.

Each participant will be provided with the Standard Mental Health First Aid manual included in the course fee. Please bring your own notebook, pen and cold lunch if you wish. Our venue host,Club Ashfield has several excellent food options available.

You must complete both days of the course to take the assessment to become accredited (Fri 16th & Fri 23rd Feb). The minimum class size of 6 applies to enable the training proceed. Should the course be postponed, new dates or a refund will be offered.
